pay invoice & sign rental contract via email
Review the emailed invoice, sign the rental contract and pay the booking deposit via secure link. The rental invoice balance is due two weeks before your event. At that time, a reminder email will be sent to you to pay the remaining balance

Hooray, It's Party Day!
Your rental items will be delivered to the address noted on the invoice at the time designated for drop off and pick up.

Ambiance Event Rentals is a boutique event rental business specializing in rental items for parties, weddings, afternoon teas, birthday celebrations, retirement parties, school events, and really, anything you would like to celebrate!
Fun Facts about Ambiance Event Rentals:
1--We love servicing intimate events that accommodate an average of 30-75 guests, however, we do accommodate larger parties as long as we have the inventory available to support your rental needs.
2--Our "Pop-Up Cafe" rentals items are curated for the culinary enthisiast, caterer, or resident foodie in your family. We have popcorn machines, waffle makers, snow cone machines, nacho cheese warmers, cotton candy machines, a soft serve gelato machine, coffee percolators, induction cooktops, and chafing dishes to allow the food you serve to be the star of your event!
3--Games: What do you do when you finally get everyone at your house for your party? You play games, that's what you do, you play games! Connect 4 Pop A Shot, Tic Tac Toe, Reindeer Ring Toss, Miniature Golf,
4--Our partnership with SoCal STEM Carnival: SoCal STEM carnival provides standards based, on campus elementary school STEM labs in the following topics:
1)Aircraft Aerodynamics, 2)Earthquake Engineering, 3)Friction, Energy, and Motion, and 4) Environmental Survival
